The ideal candidate:

- Sets a clear and inspiring creative direction for the Dutch branch, together with the Experience ECD

- Pushes for pioneering and award winning creative work, in line with the comapny DNA

- Understands how conceptual brand thinking can live in a digitally native world

- Has his or her roots in creative marketing

- Values the importance of the diverse set of creative propositions (from brand advertising to creative automation)

- Wants to be the face of the agency Creative NL internally and to the outside world

- Shares the company values and has a fitting personality (dream-driven, humble-strong, good-company)

 

You:

- Have +10 years of experience

- Worked both in traditional as well as digital/tech agencies

- Are a creative entrepreneur excited about the future of advertising

- Have experience in getting a team excited, inspired and to the next level

- Have international work experience

- Have a big network in the creative industry

- Show great craft in your previous work

- Have won your share of creative awards

- Are already a creative director
