Senior creative team

We're looking for a killer team for TBWA\X, known as the Disruption® company. They develop creative business-changing and culture-defining ideas for brands by breaking conventions. This makes them pirates in the advertising industry and their pirate ship in Amsterdam is always on the lookout for reinforcement! Currently we are looking for them for a senior creative team, mainly working on Adidas.

TBWA\X

TBWA\X specializes in everything digital. From customer experience to digital innovation and activation. Together with the brand teams, they aim to push the work further into the digital space. With their global network they explore new grounds to give their clients a bigger share of the future.

About the role

You will be part of the TBWA\X team - with colleagues from all over the world - and work on both local and global clients like Adidas and Philips. As a senior creative team, you’ll work closely with CDs to concept, craft, and produce projects that range in scope. From global scale projects that will reach the world to localized activations. With a strong focus on digital, you’ll be challenged to push the zeitgeist and create opportunities to drive campaigns and culture. You think how people interact with new technology and find new ways for people to relate to our brands. The goal is for you to grow into a stronger creative by creating work you’re proud of.

About you

You are ambitious and always look for ways to innovate. In daily life, you operate naturally at the many intersections of culture and technology. TBWA\X is all about experience, so an interest in structure and flow of apps and digital platforms is a must. You also know how to have a good time, so you can balance all this work with a laugh.

Requirements

  • You are a curious creature, always willing to explore your passion for digital media and innovation

  • You speak internet fluently

  • You generate outstanding concepts and ideas and amend, revise or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director or clients

  • You know how to work on several campaigns at once, under pressure and on tight deadlines

  • You know how to present your work to our clients

  • You speak and write English fluently

  • Minimum 7+ years of working experience and a portfolio that shows your remarkable work
